1. The time for a digital image commission to complete can be up to or more than 3 months depending on many factors; health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues. The time can be longer due to these issues and the client will be notified immediately or kept up to date on what stage their digital image commission is at.2. Lykaioh ensures the Client will receive email/private message updates on the digital image commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it’s necessary for updates, assurance or reminders.3. The Client must discuss any deadline expectations the Client has with Lykaioh before payment. Lykaioh reserves the right to turn down work with deadlines Lykaioh can not reasonably accommodate.4. Client will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their digital image commission at multiple key stages during the process. Sketch, colour, etc.5. Lykaioh reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.6. The Client will be notified ahead of time of price in USD, and will pay the full price in one invoice before the digital image commission begins, or be directed to pay half in one invoice before the digital image commission begins, and the last half of payment in a second invoice before the final stage (colouring) of the digital image commission is completed.7. If the Client wishes to cancel their digital image commission during the sketch stage, they will be refunded 50% of what they paid. If the full price of the digital image commission is under $45, no refund will be given.8. If the Client wishes to cancel their digital image commission during or after the coloring stage, they will not be issued a refund.9. Lykaioh reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a digital image commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, and/or inability to communicate in effective English.10. Lykaioh reserves the right to reject any digital image commission for any reason.11. Lykaioh retains the right to display all digital image commissions on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal. At the agreed request of the client before first payment Lykaioh will delay the public display of the digital image commission until an agreed date or not display it publicly at all. If copyright for commissioned image has been bought by the Client, the above right does not apply to Lykaioh.12. Unless a pre-determined Copyright Fee of $200USD has been paid the Client may not make prints of the digital image commission, excepting single prints for personal use and display, not to be resold or used commercially. The Client may not profit from the digital image commission. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format and only in personal use with linked credit to Lykaioh. The Client can claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Client cannot alter the digital image commission itself. If it is discovered that the work is being sold in any form without such a contract being in place, then Lykaioh reserve the right to take action for loss of income.
13. The commission is not for use with NFT’s or a.i.14. Lykaioh may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other digital image commission or personal works.15. The Client will receive a digital copy of the commissioned artwork via WeTransfer link to their provided email, no shipping will be involved unless discussed beforehand and agreed upon by both the Client and Lykaioh.16. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with Lykaioh and must 18 or over due to PayPal’s policy.By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms
